Who processes your data

DIVA Restaurant (Mimi Group), str. Maria Cebotari 37, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. We process the data you leave when booking a table, signing up for an event, or calling us.

What we collect

Only what we need to host you:

• Your name and phone number — to call and confirm the booking.
• Party size, date and time — to prepare the table or your place at the event.
• Your comment, if you write one — an allergy or a special occasion, for example.
• Preferences noticed in the dining room (favourite table, usual wine) — to host you better next time.
• Event photographs, where taken at a public event.

Why we use it

• To confirm your booking and call you if something changes.
• To prepare the room, the kitchen and the number of seats for that day.
• To remember what you liked, so we do not ask the same thing every time.
• We do NOT sell your data and do NOT use it for third-party advertising.

Who else sees it

The data stays with us. Only we and the infrastructure providers that technically host it touch it:

• Supabase (European Union) — database and file storage.
• Railway — the server the application runs on.
• Telegram — where the hosts receive the notice about your booking (name, phone, party size).
• Anthropic — the model assisting the team with operational analysis; see the next section.

Artificial intelligence

We use an AI assistant for the team’s internal work: analysing sales, invoices and how busy the room is. Within those tasks it may touch booking data. No decisions about you are made automatically: a person confirms your booking, by phone.

How long we keep it

Booking data — while you are our guest and for three years after your last visit, so we recognise you when you return. Event photographs — until you ask us to remove them. If you ask us to delete your data, we do it within 30 days.

Your rights

At any time you may:

• Find out what data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it, if we recorded something wrongly.
• Ask us to delete it.
• Withdraw your consent to calls and messages.

Cookies

The booking page uses no advertising cookies and does not track you across other sites. We only remember the language you chose, so you do not have to choose it again.

Children

We do not knowingly collect data about children under 16. Bookings are made by adults. If you find that such data reached us, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change anything in this policy, we change the date at the top of the page too. The current version is always here.
